houses coming back in the fall

I'm currently a freshman. I know TKE, Phi Psi, and Pi Kapp all come back this fall. Are any of them still active/dirty rushing? Would it be worth it? I want to be part of something new

respect for wanting to do that, but your four years here will make u feel like a feed probably. it's hard to have a good social life as a new fraternity but if u really put in the effort you could make it ok by the time you leave. none of the members who were part of the old organization would be allowed to join, so all that's really "coming back" is the possibility of starting something new with that name.

Just because these fraternities are eligible to come back doesn't mean that they're for sure going to be allowed back on campus. The school knows that Pi Kapp has been dirty rushing the last few years so they may not let them back on.
