this is just my opinion of sorority rankings i know this might not be the "actual" rankings but this is my opinion:

So here is my opinion including tiers and mobility based on the last couple years.
TOP TIER
Pi Phi (solid)
A Phi(solid)
G Phi (falling)
Kappa (rising)
DG (rising)
MIDDLE TIER
SK (falling)
Theta (solid)
ADPi (rising)
Chi O (falling)
AEPhi (rising)
BOTTOM TIER
AXO (rising)
Tri Delt (solid)
May not be the popular point of view but this is how I see them.

I don't feel that I should have to justify my opinion, but since you asked so nicely... the reason I feel GPhi is falling has nothing to do with the physical appearance of their PC. GPhi has one of the lowest gpa's of all the houses and they were on probation last year. Yes their girls are hot but they are also wild and make poor decisions. National headquarters like good grades and standards. I think that if GPhi doesn't get control of their members, they are setting themselves up for something really bad like what Theta went through 6-7 years ago. National headquarters don't care how hot your pc is.

well then how do you justify SK and ChiO falling? ChiO has the highest GPA and Sigma has the 3rd highest I believe?

Again, just my personal opinion... SK recruits really well. They get really pretty girls but the last couple years they have lost a significant # of their fall pledge class and their house totals are dropping in comparison to the other houses of the same quality girls. To me, that indicates some internal issues that they need to address.
Chi O has just not been recruiting as well the last couple years. They are consistently losing girls to Theta, ADPi and even AEPhi.
