Pike is a pretty solid number 2. I think Kappa Sig could potentially be as good as them in the future but Pike is doing pretty well. SIgma Chi is going in the other direction.

i think sig chi is neither climbing nor falling... the chapter needs to get their over-involved alumni advisors off of their backs so they can run their house the way they see fit.

The way they see fit? How about they drop a couple million of their own money in the house then they can be qualified to run the house "how they see fit" lol
