best fraternity house?

Who has the best house? I'm talking about just the physical house and nothing else.

Everyone likes Sigma Chi and Kappa Sig, esp for their location, but I think Sig Ep has the nicest looking house by far. I've only been in there a few times, but that place is a palace. Just wow.

Kappa Alpha's is also interesting because it looks like a big, long ranch house which is cool. I also kind of dig the location.

What are your favorites?

Most of them are pretty cool looking. I like that there are so many different styles
