Middle-

ZBT/Sammy (both becoming better with their new houses, will catch up with the top in a year, both have a good pledge class)
Alpha sig (in deep trouble, losing their house soon)
Beta/KA (not really on campus, KA and Beta both don't have Air conditioning and have old houses.)

Not even worth going-

Phi Delta Theta
Omega Delt Phi
Theta Xi
Zeta Psi
Phi kappa Tau
Alpha Kappa Lambda

I'd give a slight edge to Sammy over ZBT and Beta over KA, but still a good list

total opposite. slight edge zbt over sammy and ka over beta. id also move aepi down to sig chi

SAE, PIKE, SIG CHI, KAPPA SIG are way BETTER that AEPi.
