Pike and Zeta Psi have been killing it for parties if your asking for social aspects.

Not necessarily. There are a lot of fraternities that are off campus/have off campus houses but not kicked off
Sugar shack, the grove, etc. beta is off campus, ka, a few others. Namely the ones off campus have been kicked off though. Warehouse, teener.

They aren't really "off" campus houses. They're still official chapter houses they just aren't physically located on campus.

I think the op meant like satellite houses or kicked off ones like dtd who is in Sammy's old house now
