I just wanna give a shout out to Tri Delta for doing better during recruitment. They had a small pledge class but it seemed to be good quality for the most part. It is definitely good to see struggling chapters improving! It strengthens our greek community as a whole. <3

I agree with OP. Keep in mind this is for PLEDGE CLASSES not overall sororities. And IMO DG and GPhi got better girls than Alpha Phi. Overall, Aphi is still #1 at UofA and it will take a lot more PCs to change that.
