Transferring to AU and I am planning on rushing. I don't want to join a fraternity that has problems with IFC or administration. Wondering if I can get some insight into which fraternities are best in terms of having a good time, a solid house, and good reputation.

First, this isn't Au.
Second, every single house is under sanctions except Sig Ep, but Pike probably the softest
Third, it's not like you get to just pick any house you want to be in.
