what houses to avoid during rush

for example: is there a high likelihood of SAE being kicked off? UA has now booted D-Chi, Fiji, and Theta Chi. SAE is currently under investigation for the same things as Theta Chi.

I would also like to know which fraternities are likely to be around for another 4 years as I do not want to join a house just to get kicked off.

The odds of getting kicked off in the next 4 years are pretty high for every single fraternity. That being said, go for the well established fraternities as they usually have better national support and alumni
