As of right now Id say pike tops SAE and kappa sigma has been right there with them as well. The top tiers are pretty even

Delt
Theta chi
Alpha sig
KA

Others are irrelevant

No one cares about the rest, but why pike is listed as top house in two of these is beyond me because that's the first time I've ever heard of pike being called a top house.

Kappa Sig has only had a few decent pledge classes. Pike and SAE are the top two houses at Arizona followed by Sigma Chi and KS.

it's not about their rank, it's where they are going...

#1 and holding steady - SAE
#2 and going down slightly - PIKE
#3 and rising - SIGMA CHI
#4 and holding steady - KAPPA SIG
#5 and rising - AEPI

Kap Sig is NOT even close to SAE, Sig Chi, Pike or Aepi. NOT a top house never was never will be. This is just GPhi trying desperately to make their Spring Fling date look less pathetic.

Literally every girl in my pc and friends pcs goes to kappa sig ATLEAST twice a week and they have way more people then sigma chi and pike have at their parties, oh and not to mention guys actually talk to you there..
