Honest ranking. D chi could be moved to middle but besides that everything is accurate.

It should be
Top: Pi Kapp, Fiji, SAE, maybe Pike
Upper Middle: DX, SX, AEPi
Middle: DTD, Beta, Theta Chi
The order was mostly okay but the tiers were ridiculous. Irrelevant isn't a tier, and if half the fraternities are irrelevant, then DTD, Beta and Theta Chi certainly aren't bottom tier.

is fine, but if you're listing half the fraternities on campus, the bottom couple of the top half aren't bottom tier. The tiers aren't good.

don't forget that dchi isn't recognized and sx loses their house next year. so imo

Wow, wow, wow. Theta Chi's is a little high don'tcha think, and Sigma Chi isn't done yet, and they may come up with a solution, agree that Delta Chi is too high though.

except Delta Chi. If you want to not be recognized by the school and not allowed to participate in any events go Delta Chi, otherwise I'd replace them with Sigma Chi.

DX is not top, and I don't think you know how tiers work, it generally goes top upper middle, middle, lower middle, bottom. Beta, DTD and Theta Chi aren't bottom tier, they're like middle. Irrelevant isn't a tier.
