DTD is still one of the top... this website even tells you that this system is flawed and is probably not true... I honestly dont know why people gave DTD such a bad ranking. They by far have the most fun... I am in SAE and I am gonna be honest, nothing wrong with them, they still party alot and are always having fun from what I hear
