off-campus houses

Hey PNM, I'm bored rn so I'll answer you correctly :)
Frats whose housing IS off campus are Beta and KA west of campus, TDX west of campus, Theta Chi east of campus, and then "Greek Island" which is Pike, AEPi, and what USED to be alpha sig (RIP) but is now.... Pi Kapp.. I believe.
Frats also tend to have "houses" or basically party pads that are off campus as well. Pike had the sugar shack, RIP, which now will be owned by Beta. Pi Kapp used to have "the boathouse" and that's going to someone else now probably.
Frats that are on campus, on greek row, and rarely have parties off campus (if they do it's a house or apartment):
From east to west: Phi Delt, ZBT, Sig Ep, Sammy, SAE, Kappa Sig
Frats like Delta Sig, Fiji (???), Delt (??), will have parties in houses/ off campus places only.
