honestly what is wrong with you lol. Gphi has a nice house, nicer than several of the other houses on the row, and regardless you can't tell whether the girls in the house are wealthy from the physical house itself. Gphi is the oldest physical house on the row, being about 100 years old so if it appears not as modern as the others, that's why. but you cannot tell how much money the girls in a house have from their physical sorority, and if you're not in a sorority, you should probably check yourself with these kinds of ridiculous comments if you EVER want to be accepted into one. with this attitude, gphi (a top house) and the other top houses and even middle tier houses probably wont give you a bid so i'd suggest turning it around real fast.
