does theta xi have potential?

NO. Literally no one cares about you guys and this post is so obviously written by a theta xi. You guys need to stop. Growth will happen organically. Not by trying to promote yourselves or reminding people that you exist on GR.

I'm in a house on the row welcome Theta Xi but be careful what you wish for you'll be under the same university microscope we all have to deal with by living here. Hope you're prepared to deal with the university when your parties get rolled and you get hit with your first hazing violations.
