They aren't gonna be anything special. Only 6 guys living in the house. Nobody is gonna wanna take a bid from a daycare center

They're re doing the house I heard, a sig wasn't raging hard in one year nor was sammy don't write them off because of the house type, you obviously don't know the guys so why would you just assume anything, obviously people accepted bids even without the kindercare

If they can get a PC of 26 without having a house and only 19 guys during the fall I definitely believe they can recruit at a higher quality and quantity with their renovated and modernize house

I would not compare them to Sammy or Asig. Both Sammy and ASig had been operating for a couple years prior, had probably to the tune of 50-70 members and smaller, recognized houses, before they moved into a larger one. Moving into a giant house is really expensive and time consuming, and you need a good sized chapter to sustain-ably support one. I think it is important to first get a chapter operating on it's own before looking into a large house. Rapid growth can go terribly wrong and without a good alum/ national base guiding them, a chapter can basically go from 0 to 150 back to 0 (kicked off) within 5-6 years.

Best case scenario is that they bid a ton of cool kids who basically take over the house and push the older guys out, and then get good.

Worst case is they end up like PhiDelt.

It's very competitive here at UA. Freshmen guys has a lot more choices than 3 years ago. They maybe a few cool guys, but they will get a lot of goobers.
