what fraternities are getting a new house?

If that is true then these boys have been doing some heavy underground work. Best plan and execution I've seen yet from my 3 years at the UofA.

What I heard from one of my friends in there is that they worked all semester to get it and have been keeping quiet about it until they forsure got their investor parent I guess to buy or rent it. He said it's gonna be a brand new house for next fall. Weird how no one knew about it until now

Substance-Free Housing
Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.
