Their alums pay for interior remodels almost every year, but it's such a waste of money. Save the money, tear down the house, and build a shiny new one.

Adpi is kind of retro-y from the outside which is kind of cool? But not really that typical sorority house vibe that people like. The inside is actually put together extremely well so I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned.
I don't like Sigma. I can see why people do because it has that "expensive" look on the inside but outside is barf. Their tied with Theta for last place in exterior. They only beat out theta because they're interior is nice. Not my style at all though.
Alpha Phi probably wins. Great exterior and interior. But my personal favorite is DG. And I'm pretty sure DG doesn't have sleeping porches? Which makes it even better but I could be wrong.
I have no opinion on AXO. Not memorable.

Why? How is this stupid? I personally think ranking houses based on their hotness or whatever is whats stupid. Talking about houses is fun. Are you a dude or something? Let the girls have their fun. Go away if you don't like it. Girls like to talk about houses/design and stuff. This type of conversation harms no one, and it's all a matter of taste and opinion.

Gphi is adorable on the inside.. they have a piano, white California beach home style doors & windows, a really nice pink & white couch theme going on, soft pink walls in the living room and I love their huge living room window and the way their letters are hung in the dining room. They also have a beautifully decorated, sleek-looking chapter room and a tanning porch..
