Why do none of the guys dress very frat here?

It's a very west coast school with a lot of Californian kids, most people just dress casually because that is how they were raised.

"Frat" is just a dumb way of saying southern/east coast preppy white boy. Why would west coast boys dress like they're from the east coast? You realize styles vary? There isn't a universal "style" that applies to every frat in the country. Jesus.

This is a West Coast school, Not a SEC School from the Southeast or deep South. Totally different cultures.

"Frat" is not the correct term. You mean "southern/east coast frat". There's different types of fraternity looks around America like how there are different looks around America in general. Arizona is in the west coast and primarily west coast people go here so the school is going to dress where they're from. Same goes for the sorority girls. You see girls dressed in LF and more new "trend" clothing here rather than girls in the South who dress very bright and traditional.
