Beta Theta Chi and KA, Sammy and Zbt and even probably Sigep will obviously be improving faster than you they are on the row, maybe your guys older guys are good but that's all you have going for you,you're not going to get any better

Sig Ep is definitely moving up and changing their vibe. Other fraternities don't always like them because Sig Ep usually wins cross-bids despite being "not as cool" as the top tier fraternities they compete with due to their non-hazing new member period. From another guy's perspective, they are easy to not like due to their non-traditional profile (and they were very different 3-4 years ago), and don't really get the credit they deserve for being socially relevant & different.

I can tell you as a former SigEp that anyone cool enough that was interested in joining usually gets kicked out. This chapter is only focused on gpas, which is quite unfortunate since it's really what causes them not to be top house
