letters of rec?

I will be attending Arizona in the Fall, coming from out of state and I plan to rush. Do I need to provide letters of rec? I know at some schools you won't get a bid without them. Wasn't sure if they were necessary there or not.

I just got into u of a and am planning to rush too. Is there anything we need to do besides signing up to participate in rush? Glad I don't need letters of rec.
