Junior transfer and rushing in the fall would I get any good bids??

whats a good bid? To a top house? Short answer: No.

Long answer: You're just not as desirable as freshmen are, which will make your options limited. Houses want members that will be paying 4 years of dues. You may still get a bid to a lower tier house. So you need to decide if thats something you're willing to accept.
