the order of the houses is dead on but I would call DG and Kappa lower top rather than upper middle. other than that completely accurate.

Yeah I second this, I'd say ADPI I more up there with sk and theta and aephi is closer to AXO, I wouldn't put them in the same tier

I agree, the weird of adpi is long gone. They came around the other day to announce their Philantrophy and I was surprised they had some alpha phi types.

Kappa I would say is top and gphi upper middle; APHI use to be top but from their probation and new PC they're going to drop, all houses drop rank when they get on probation

Theta is not a middle house their lower middle behind Adpi. DG and Kappa are nasty wannabes. neither is a top house or even close and cant compete with the top three in any way whatsoever
