which frat without a house could we see in a house

Say that after this year a frat with a house on the row or a house on the island gets kicked off campus, which fraternity without a house will be the next to take their place.

Well considering that there is only a few IFC options take your pick, ZETES like where they are now and are working on making their current house official, PI Kapp returns and could reclaim the house they still own, Phi Tau could have enough money to do something but they would be too in over their heads taking something on the row, Theta Xi nobody knows who they are, same with Sig Tau? My guess is Zeta Psi or Phi Tau

We dont know how phi tau managed to get that one guy most of the top tier houses wanted during rush, thought that dude had legacy at Delta or Fiji???? either way he is going to regret that decision for life
