got a bid to the fraternity i didn't want?
by: rusheeI rushed with 900 dudes this past August and I had 3 fraternity houses in mind that I thought I would focus all my efforts in. However, I ended up getting a bid from a house I wasn't even interested in. The weird thing about it is that my RC was from the house I got a bid from. Is that a coincidence or what? I decided to drop rushing. How hard will it be for me to rush again in Spring and how informal/formal will it be? Only honest opinions or comments. THX

Your RC had nothing to do with the house you ended up with. I can promise you that. That's not "weird", it happens all the time. He couldn't have rigged anything if that's what you're thinking.
Trust the process. You end up where you're meant to be. Whether or not you think you belong is your own ego talking. But trust me, the house you're in is the best fit for you.
