legacy at multiple houses
by: confusedmy mom was an adpi at uga and my sister is a theta at smu. would I be considered a legacy at both houses or not? I'm keeping an open mind for all of the houses but am I guaranteed a bid from either of these because I am a legacy?

Every national sorority has their own guidelines for how they handle legacies- some are only guaranteed an invite back to second round or some may carry you all the way to preference. But all individual sorority chapters are given the opportunity somewhere along the process to drop a legacy if they don't feel that person will fit in. Nothing is guaranteed. Being a legacy, the sorority will know a lot about you before you walk through the door. Every one of their members will know your name and face. They will make an extra effort to get to know you and have you meet as many members as possible so they know you will be a good fit.
