SAE, Kappa Sig, Aepi, Pike, Alpha Sig, Sigma Chi
Best houses at the moment although some are in trouble

KA, Beta, Sig ep- on the come up with some good pledge classes, don't know whats going on with Sig ep

ZBT, Sammy, Zeta Psi- also on the come up with new houses but still lower tier, have potential with new houses on the row

The rest- Phi Delt, AKL, Theta xi, etc

I would agree with this for now, but all may change next school year. Also, I would put Sig Ep with "The Rest: until we know more what is happen with them. They are currently in a state of limbo.
