The only reason they are middle tier right now is because they do not have their house. Think about it this way, DG said yes to them for spring fling over delt and delt has a house. As of right now the only fraternities that I can put above them is Fiji and SAE because they are easily the same tier as PIKE and sigma chi is about to drop off the face of u of a next year without a house. these boys are great and things are only looking up for them. Top Tier once they get their house back. EASY

Not even a real fraternity. Just a bunch of GDI's that could not get into either Pike or FIJI. So Kappa Sig got the sloppy seconds.

They're going to be CRAZY in the next few years maybe even competing for top house on campus by spring '14 or fall '14. Good looking spring pledge and they're fun and have awesome alcohol! All these guys hating on Kappa Sig are just in other fraternities and are trying to make themselves better cause their frat is weak. Kappa Sig is about to be my go to fraternity for tailgates...weekend parties...well whenever! Ohhh and bring back FUBAR soon I heard it used to be way crazier than jungle party!!
