Just strait shallow kids. Great physical house but thats the only reason why there even in top 3, their fraternity itself lacks quality, and they talk down to people as if their better than you. Girls like to have fun more than review your stock portfolio. Lots of girls view them as just rich creeps, all they have is their house going for them thats it. Pi Kapp and SAE are def the top
