The only thing that causes such a brutal recruitment like tridelts is having a sorority of girls who are uninvolved and don't want to be there. Your priorities are all wrong, I think it's hilarious that you try to insult alpha phi's sisterhood when they're able to come together and create such a huge success and you aren't even capable of having girls more than 8 girls come out to the most important events of the year. It comes down to sisterhood in the end, work on that and the rest will follow
