I am not a Kappa, but I would not decide ANY chapter is bad from this silly site. I agree that Kappa is not the chapter they were a few years ago, but to say that they are not highly desired and middle tier is silly. Most girls would still choose them over any chapter except Pi Phi or Theta.....truly they just need a few years of getting really great pretty girls to be back up to standards....might be competing more against Chi O and Tri Delta instead of PT but, honestly, that might work out really well for them.....
