Go with pike. Better connections and are a lot more respected than sigma chi.

Sigma chi, better sorority relations and easier pledgeship. They may be getting a tough time but they are growing and growing fast.

Sigma Chi, they may not be as respected as pike for now but they are growing and getting a new house.

They're not getting a new house anytime soon, they would have torn down their house in the summer if that was true. It's not like they'd move from their current location, they have the best location in WC.

Rush around some more, if you have bids at pike and sigma chi odds are you could probably get bids from the other middle tiers.

Which one would take an affiliate from UT Arligton? Both are top tier at UTA

Would probably be somewhere between houses like Phi Psi, Phi Delt, Pi Kapp, and Lambda Chi and houses like Acacia, Delta Sig and Theta Chi, so it doesn't mean that much.

Pike is garbage pretty much everywhere in Texas, and UTA having a "top tier" is humorous honestly.

There's no real comparison between the two. Pike is more middle and lower than ATO and sigma chi is more with Delt at top of middle
