rising: Delt and KA (used to be omicron) Both are rising for different reasons, Delt is gaining popularity and KA has their national letters back, i think they used to be very good at UT.
Declining: Sig Ep (not very much, but their rush has been weak so we will see this fall, I'm sure they will be fine)

say Sigma Chi is falling so much as they've peeked. KA's back with the letters on their house and everything, so it's official. Otherwise I basically agree.
