SAE is not as good as FIJI , membership may be wealthy but the quality of members is not as high.
On the lower end AEPI and Theta Chi are not any better than DU or Lambda Chi.

OX off the list entirely, a lot of other groups you can include instead.

The major and only way you should be ranking greek life at UT Austin is by how many members and their overall presence in Spurs and Cowboys they have.
