Can I still get a good bid if my recs were late?

Can I get a bid from a good sorority if I submitted some of my recs late in July, early August or if I don't have recs for certain sororities?

Recs don't get bids they just check a box. Connections are far more important for some houses to get a bid and if you aren't connected a rec won't help anyway. Any bid you get here will be good. All houses are excellent.
