Rushing as a transfer Junior

Hello, I am a sophomore right now at a local state college. I've wanted to rush here, but I really wanted to transfer and ended up not signing any bids. If I do end up transferring, would rushing as a junior be too old? Or should I rush here and join the fraternity at the new school?
