NO they aren't anymore - and not for at least 3 years.
Top 6 now at best - too many blackout party girls who can't remember to find their own bed.
Honestly they might get 5-10 good girls MAX each year but the rest are off the cliff and you know it. Anyone with an older brother knows which houses with girls are respected and the cat house doesn't make that cut. And I broke their heart when I cut them but why would I want to screw up my own reputation? Pass

Well, Theta does not take everyone because they didn’t take me :( private school and studious and fun but maybe a bit introverted at times. They never even talked to me. Happy where I landed, love my sisters and trade it now but was a bit surprised they didn’t even bother at all. Same with PiPhi and Kappa btw. So I do think they curated the exact crowd they wanted.
