What sororities care the most about letters of rec

I’m a pnm and I only have two lors total. I’m worried that some sororities will automatically turn me down if I don’t have them

letters of rec don’t even matter anymore lol. it’s personality / what u can bring to the sorority / where you are from / and GPA!!!
