Sig Ep has some real problems with their national office. Rather than help their largest and most successful chapters, they've adopted rules that will shut them down.

nothing’s gonna change. nationals might tell them to be substance and alcohol free but those guys are still gonna be drinking and doing lines upstairs at parties ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
