Delt, Sigma Chi and ZBT are the upper middle tier houses in my opinion. Omicron was there too, but without a house I'd be surprised if survive.

Middle- Pike, ATO, Sammie, Phi Psi (maybe)
Lower Middle- Phi Delt, Pi Kapp, AEPi
