pike vs. phi psi

Both are good fraternities, Phi Psi has an incredible new house and Pike has plans to build one. Phi Psi was down a year or two back but the new house has transformed them into an up and coming fraternity. Pike has been more steady but a new house would elevate them as well. Both have Spurs and Cowboys and party with good sororities. Pikes dues are a little cheaper now but will go up when they get their new house. Phi Psi has a strong alumni base that is involved and Pike has strong alumns also as both have been on campus for a number of years; Pikes alumns will become more involved due to new house campaign. Visit both and see which one that you like best...

Both mid tier. Pike has better sorority relations and standing. Phi psi has a really nice house. However phi psi has lots of internal issues, a reputation of bidding non quality guys, and really has not taken advantage of having such a nice house. Pike is getting new house too

believe me theyre completely different. phi psi shouldn’t be in the same sentence with pike

Written by a phi psi. Pike is still well above phi psi, with cheaper dues. Both are average at best.
