This is a terrible question. There's not one "best" house here. Texas' Greek system is one of the strongest in the country.

there are 8 good fraternities and 8 good sororities

Fiji sig ep sae zbt kappa sig KA delt and sigma chi

Kappa Pi phi theta chio zeta tridelt aphi axo

The only people who think Fiji and Pi Phi are top, are Fiji and Pi Phi. Very wealthy houses but not necessarily the easiest to get along with.
