What's up with the new Kappa Sig house? Did they actually run out of money? It obviously won't be ready by August like that sign out front says lol

Who knows at this point. When you have multiple alumni pitching in money, even one pulling their funds out can delay the process by months at a time. They have to get it built if they want to throw any parties, though
