This chapter gives opportunity to their pledges to realize their potential. In the Greek world sister hood and connections help for success in the career world . Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at University of Texas at Austin - UT 1.0 They were actually way better seven or eight years ago when they were homely nerdy types, but smart homely nerdy types with good grades. (Believe it or not, their national used to consider them a top chapter.) Somewhere along the way, they decided to be pickier about looks, but to the exclusion of everything else. Could be an OK house with a different recruitment strategy.
