Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.0 As if. Yeah they are kind of "new money" but UT doesn't have any real concept of new row/old row (plus most schools that still do have old rows losing influence). If we had anything like a new row/old row if ended in the 90s when everyone got kicked off, and all the really remains of "old row" is SAE, Fiji, and maybe reestablished Kappa Sig. The rest are either gone or haven't reestablished fully, so there's no reason to distinguish the difference. Sig Ep is one of the best chapters anyway.
