Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.8 Omicron and Sip Ep are great fraternities with great guys. That being said, Sip Ep has surpassed Omicron in all aspects with the exception of tradition and class.
