Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.6 I don't know why people keep getting mad about fraternities being ranked ahead of Omicron on this site given that Omicron doesn't get ranked on here at all (meaning no one is ranked against them according to these). As for Phi Psi, all the guys I know are really chill.
