Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.0 Could be doing better but has the unfortunate label on campus of being the frat for weird guys with money. They need to be talking to rushees about what they actually do well rather than sketching them out with hype about a house that might not be finished in quite a while. Other than that some of the posts below are laughably wrong. These guys mix with lots of sororities and have events that put them solidly into mid tier.

However, that all depends on if their house can attract a large pledge class full of quality guys

Really rising and super cute guys all around.. My girls love partying with them and can't wait to visit their house. I see them rising above sae and Fiji within 10 years

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.4 Shadier than some bottom tier frats. They stay afloat because of some rich brothers/alumni. Maybe the Rolling Stone lady should have visited this chapter if she wanted a good story, because dear lord are there are plenty about it.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.0 Despite their pledge class problems, they are building the largest/most expensive fraternity house in the country which basically guarantees top tier status in a few years. Even though they're having major PC problems this semester, their house will attract large PC's in the years to come and they'll eventually rise up.
