You can't compare them to mid tiers like Phi Psi, Sammy, ATO and Pike. There house is absolutely not even average, so please for the love of god stop self ranking

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.8 On the rise. New house is great with huge back yards for parties and even concerts. The guys I talked to are really chill, maybe I haven't met the goobers yet. If they bid some quality guys this PC, lambda chi will be around middle- upper middle tier

New house is still below average and other bottom tiers have better houses (I.e. AEPi & Delta Sig) Have no pledgeship so just look to join another frat honestly
