Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.4 They primarily market themselves to the M-R-S degrees and if their chapter history is any indication: wealthy clearly does not equal classy. Phi Gamma Delta (something was done here) are a national laughing stock despite being top tier at Texas. SAE, Sig Ep and Kappa Sig are the only fraternities truly worthy of top-tier praise.
